As a Tech Line Specialist, you will be an essential member of the Customer Deployments team, serving as the primary interface for Harbinger’s deployed fleet operators and dealer shops. You will field requests for support, act as a power user and influencer of the customer‑facing issue ticketing system, and develop relationships with customers, seeing them through issues to resolution.
What You’ll Do- Provide customer fleet technical support.
- Answer the Technical Support Line and guide customers through issue resolution.
- Manage tier 1 support on the web portal.
- Help develop and refine issue‑tracking systems and processes.
- Track and automate reports on metrics related to customer‑service success.
- Contribute to the creation of FAQs to guide team members and improve support efficiency.
- Assist with service‑parts fulfillment processes.
- Train others on the tools you master.
- Travel as required (approximately 10% of time).
- 3+ years of customer‑service experience.
- Experience in automotive repair.
- High‑school graduation or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work seamlessly across diverse technical disciplines.
- Self‑starter who can manage and execute tasks with varying levels of information.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Factory training through OEMs (plus).
- Creative problem‑solving ability.
- Understanding of vehicle systems (plus).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Creative curiosity, collaborative work ethic, hard‑work enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.

California Pay Range: $70,000—$100,000 USD
