We are looking for an Associate IT Specialist to join our IT operations team at Harbinger Motors
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and software
- Respond to service requests and incidents in a professional manner while meeting the designated SLA
- Prepare and deploy freshly provisioned computers
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, and accessories
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware and software components, including operating systems, drivers, and applications

We are a rapidly growing company with a dynamic team, seeking a versatile individual who can adapt to various roles and thrive in a fast-paced environment
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a strong eagerness to learn and grow
Familiarity with desktop hardware components, peripherals, and troubleshooting techniques
High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a desktop support or helpdesk role
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and common desktop applications such as Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Eager to learn and proactively take on new challenges
Experience supporting employees in an office environment
Experience with ITIL or other IT service management methodologies
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or similar are a plus
