Le candidat idéal doit avoir 4-5 ans d'expérience, être capable de lire des plans et posséder une bonne coordination main/œil. Le respect des normes de sécurité est essentiel. Diplôme de niveau secondaire requis. Une expérience en fabrication aéronautique est préférée.
