• Must be able to mix and measure paint per specifications.
• Review work order and confirm mixed paint and part match, prior to painting in booth
• Clean parts as per specification Paint part according to specification and thickness
• Keep paint booth filters changed, booth FOD free and complete paperwork
• Post paint inspection of parts for appearance and proper coverage
• Able to paint effectively on different surfaces and metals
• Applies some advanced skills that allow employee to adapt and meet some complex or non-routine situations
• Observe safety regulations and wear protective masks and clothing during spray painting operations
• Complete the paint daily checklist
• Properly utilizes all PPE required under OSHA Guidelines
• Maintains all paint equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Education:

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED):
Required

Experience:

1 plus years of experience in Aircraft Painting

• Vision (Near, Distance)
• Sense of Sound - Able to hear average conversations
• Sense of Touch
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Safety Glasses
• Standing for long periods of time

• Compensation Range $18.36 - $24.67 (DOE)
