Injection Molding Machine Operator

Pay rate: $22.00 - $23.00/hr, DOE

Hours:

5:00am- 1:30pm, M-F with OT may vary-will include Sat

Location:

Garden Grove, CA

Duration: 5 months

• Reads blueprint drawings and work orders to understand and meet customer specifications.
• Produces quality parts by running plastic injection molding machines, following work orders and blueprints.
• Monitors process temperatures and injection pressures to detect non-conformances to drawing specs.
• Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces. Uses instruments such as micrometers, Vernier calipers, and optical comparator.
• Performs occasional preventive maintenance per the manufacturer's instructions.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work Overtime, including weekends and Holidays.
