1st Shift Racker

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated 1st Shift Racker to join their team. As a 1st Shift Racker, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting the efficient handling and organization of plane parts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $18/hr.

** Shift:
** Monday - Friday (Saturday's as needed) 6am-2:30pm (currently doing OT and starting at 5am). Must be available for OT.

* + Racking plane parts on hooks accurately and efficiently

+ Ensuring proper handling and storage of parts to prevent damage

+ Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

+ Following safety protocols and procedures at all times

+ Assisting team members as needed to meet daily production goals

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

+ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

+ No prior experience required; training will be provided
