Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 3+ years of production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing operations experience.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, medical device, precision machining, metal fabrication, or other regulated manufacturing industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred.
- Mechanical engineering background with an understanding of manufacturing processes, machining operations, engineering drawings, GD&T, and production workflows.
- Familiarity with capacity planning, demand planning, and inventory control principles.
- Experience with lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement initiatives.
- APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Planner / Scheduler to support production operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, coordinating material and capacity requirements, and ensuring customer commitments are met through effective planning and cross‑functional collaboration.
