Neuro Restorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services and offers a range of programs including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members, and Veterans.

Full‑time DAY shift; 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. 12‑hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of overtime pay). Salary range: $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience. Blended salary (base + OT) $21.00–$24.50 per hour.

Schedule:

Week 1 – Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday;
Week 2 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday. Repeat.

Facility:
Neuro Restorative located on Springdale St. – a 15‑bed CLHF (Congregate Living Health Facility) with low patient ratios.

We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant who is kind, hardworking and dedicated to providing compassionate, gentle care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an inpatient or long‑term care facility and is capable of providing activities of daily living such as helping patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and recreational activities, as well as documenting care and taking vital signs.

The successful candidate enjoys working with individuals with special needs and having the opportunity to make a true difference in their lives.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living – bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and recreational activities.
• Document care and take vital signs.
• Provide basic bedside care, assist patient in moving to/from bed, monitor condition with consistent assessments.
• Assist with dressing or bathing as directed by the supervising nurse.
• Observe patients and report changes to the nurse.
• Provide basic support to convalescing patients.
• Assist with mobility exercises and range‑of‑motion activities.

Completion of CNA certification program and current California CNA certification is required.

• One year CNA experience preferred, ideally with medically complex patients.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Provider certification.
• Effective communication skills with staff, residents, and families.
• Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach.
