Location: Garden Grove, CA
Shift: M-F, 7:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain facility quality systems
- Oversee painting processes and ensure safety compliance
- Maintain systems for checking and verifying process compliance
- Ensure effecting training in quality control procedures
- Perform inspections of incoming raw materials and assemblies per blueprint specifications
- Verify precise conformance to specifications, tolerances, and workmanship standards
- Use micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, and other precision tools daily
- Document and record inspection results, including reports, logs, reworks summaries, waste, tracking, and database entry
- Identify and maintain records of non-conforming product
- Report quality control audit findings to management
- Hands on experience with using Micrometers and Calipers
- General mechanical inspection capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with production personnel
- Excellent documentation accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/prints
