Stockroom Clerk 2

Assists with duties associated with the stocking and issuing of materials used in the construction of aircraft interiors following company procedures. This position reports to the Stockroom Supervisor or Stockroom Manager.

• Receiving of Material – Unloading carts and verifying quantities received per work order, periphery inspection of material for damage, transferring material to picking shelves and proper receiving in MRP system (Royal IV).
• Filling Work Orders – Identifying materials requested and pulling material from stock.
• Control Inventory – All transactions must be input into Royal IV with all necessary paperwork properly completed to ensure accuracy of inventory and traceability of stock. Employee must be aware that the doors to the Stockroom must be locked at all times. Materials must be cycle counted and reconciled with Royal IV as requested by Supervisor. Returned material must be re‑entered into Royal IV.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment.

• Must carefully handle raw material and manufactured parts to ensure the integrity and quality is not compromised by handling.

Education level:
High School Graduate.

• 1‑3 years’ experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• 1 year data entry or comparable experience.

• MS Windows and Microsoft Office Environment, basic knowledge of Excel.
• Basic knowledge of MRP systems.

• Warehouse environment – manufacturing experience.
• Intermediate Excel usage/knowledge.
• Intermediate knowledge of MRP systems.

The expected salary range for this position is between $16.90/hr – $24.74/hr USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
