Commercial Architectural Metal Installation

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, billing, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and submit AIA billing and other client invoicing.
  • Process subcontractor payments and manage Textura payment system.
  • Maintain Timberline accounting system and Sage 300 ERP system.
  • Handle project-related payroll and employee expense reports.
  • Work with project managers to forecast project costs and cash flow.
  • Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
  • Use Procore construction management software to track project financials.
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Assist with other accounting duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project accounting.
  • Proficiency in construction accounting software, including AIA, Textura, Timberline, Sage 300, and Procore.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas.
  • Solid understanding of construction accounting principles and regulations.
  • Experience with construction payroll processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
