A customs brokerage company in Gardena, CA is hiring aFull-Charge Accountant to independently manage the company's full accounting cycle. This is a trusted, hands-on role for an experienced accountant who can own AP/AR, cash flow, reconciliations, and financial reporting for the business.

• - Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• - Manage bank balances and cash flow.
• - Process payments and invoices, and resolve payment and invoice issues.
• - Perform month-end close and account reconciliations.
• - Oversee and control the company's overall financial status, maintaining accurate records.
• - Prepare and deliver regular financial reporting to management.

• - Minimum 5 years of full-charge accounting experience (AP/AR, month-end close, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting).
• - Ability to independently manage the full accounting cycle for a company.
• - Proficiency with accounting software (Quick Books or similar).
• - Detail-oriented, highly accurate, and organized.
• - Legally authorized to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship is available.

• - Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• - Experience at a customs brokerage, logistics, or import/export company.
• - Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience).
