We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Senior Accountant to join the Finance team in supporting the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of OPEN Healthcare’s financial operations. This role plays a key part in leading the month-end close process, preparing GAAP-compliant financial statements, and strengthening the company’s internal control environment.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Lead critical components of the month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Perform and review complex general ledger account reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Leverage Big 4 audit experience to enhance internal control frameworks and drive readiness for external audits.
- Support external audit requirements by preparing audit schedules, supporting documentation, and responding to audit inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations, and internal financial procedures.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and ensure alignment between business activities and financial reporting.
- Drive improvements in accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Assist in implementation of new accounting standards and corporate policies.
- Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- CPA preferred, or actively pursuing certification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of public accounting experience, ideally with a Big 4 firm.
- Prior industry experience in healthcare or related sector a plus.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control best practices.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle) and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to interpret and communicate financial data clearly.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- High level of accountability, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- 9:00 AM to 5:30PM – Monday to Friday

Open Healthcare US offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $95,000 per year
