Accounts Receivable Specialist
Coastline Equity is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to help keep receivables accurate, documented, and moving through the right process. You will work with the Accounting team to review identified receipts, maintain clear follow-through on open and aging items, reconcile ordinary discrepancies, and surface exceptions early. This is an hourly accounting role supporting defined DRE-approved accounting-department duties under responsible-broker supervision; it is not a commission-sales position.
Success means dependable cutoff discipline, source-backed records, concise escalation notes, and careful protection of confidential financial information.
