We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with 5–7 years of experience supporting senior executives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and maintains the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Travel coordination for C Suite
- Meeting scheduling and Meeting prep
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Managing C suite calendars and emails.
- Manage complex scheduling, prioritize appointments, and anticipate executive needs
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of executives
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Track key projects and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Support event planning, board meetings, and executive-level initiatives
- Improve administrative processes and implement organizational systems
- 5–7 years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Slack)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and self-motivated

- Ability to anticipate needs and think ahead
