Are you a strategic, data-driven leader with experience in SIOP/S&OP, supply chain, manufacturing operations, and business planning? We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead cross-functional planning initiatives, drive operational excellence, and support executive decision-making within an innovative manufacturing and technology organization. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to collaborate with leadership teams and help shape the future of business operations through continuous improvement, analytics, and strategic planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field required
• Advanced certifications in supply chain, operations, or project management are a plus

• 5-8+ years of experience in business operations, SIOP/S&OP, supply chain, production planning, program management, or operational leadership
• Experience with in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, electronics, medical device, or other technology-driven industries preferred
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain management
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and business intelligence tools such as SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Kinaxis, o9, or similar platforms
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence business decisions
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Lead and continuously improve the company's Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process
• Coordinate cross-functional planning and business review meetings
• Align Engineering, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program teams on priorities and execution plans
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting tools
• Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, capacity plans, and operational performance
• Identify business risks, operational constraints, and improvement opportunities
• Drive corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support strategic planning and business performance reviews
• Partner with leadership teams to align operational and financial objectives
• Improve reporting capabilities, automation, and planning processes
• Lead cross-functional projects involving systems, process improvements, and organizational change
• Ensure action items, milestones, and project deliverables are documented and executed
