Job Description We are seeking a Japanese Bilingual Project Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project analysis, customer communications, and bilingual Japanese translation and a proven ability to deliver accurate analysis, support cross-functional initiatives, and manage customer-facing content. Responsibilities:
Provide project and analytical support across the assigned business line or functional area. Conduct research, analysis, review, and monitoring of new or revised products and services. Serve as a liaison with cross-functional partners and coordinate project deliverables. Translate and localize Japanese-language content, both written and spoken, for customer communications and internal use. Assess quarterly onboarding surveys and categorize Japanese-language responses to enable analysis.

Support improvements to Japanese-language web pages and collateral materials. Distribute customer email communications, including webinar invitations, follow-ups, and outreach emails. Receive, acknowledge, route, and track customer tax forms with Tax Operations and conduct follow-ups. Perform data analysis and prepare findings and recommendations. Edit and review customer-facing collateral for accuracy and clarity. Conduct post-distribution monitoring and reporting for customer email campaigns.

Handle and process customer correspondences with professionalism and accuracy. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Native-level Japanese with business proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking. English proficiency required. Detail orientation and accuracy in analysis and communications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Up to two years of related experience. Preferred

Skills:

Knowledge of the assigned business line or functional area. Financial services experience is not required. Well-developed organizational and analytical skills and basic project management knowledge. Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and analyze data to support decisions.

Experience with customer communications and stakeholder coordination. Additional Details:
Work hours will be 30-35 per week. Candidates must acknowledge this schedule. Fully remote. Ability to visit the Los Angeles office is helpful but not required.
