Overview
Commercial Paint Project Manager/Estimator role at a leading commercial painting contractor. This position requires a sales-minded leader with project management and estimating experience in commercial painting.
Responsibilities- Promote company services to general contractors and property managers
- Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500k
- Provide leadership to project teams
- Be a hands-on and reliable leader
- 5+ years as a commercial paint estimator
- Ability to understand and present products and services
- Planswift or equivalent software proficiency
- Specific experience in commercial painting required
- Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
- $90k-$120k base
