About the Opportunity
Tiello is currently partnered with a well-established roofing contractor with locations in Gardena CA and Anaheim, CA in their search for an experienced Commercial & Residential Roofing Foreman for projects throughout the Los Angeles or Orange County region. This individual will oversee field crews, ensure quality workmanship, maintain safety standards, and manage daily roofing operations on commercial roofing projects with a strong emphasis on clay tile roofing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate commercial roofing crews on active job sites
- Oversee installation, repair, and replacement of clay tile roofing and other roofing systems
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower needs
- Conduct site inspections and maintain OSHA compliance
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients as needed
Requirements:
- 4+ years of commercial roofing foreman experience
- Strong hands-on experience with commercial and residential roofing systems (specifically clay tile roofing for multi-family projects
- Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
- Knowledge of Southern California roofing codes and safety standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
