- Up to $24.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of 3050 customer accounts (including 10 critical/strategic accounts);
Process sample and sales orders through invoicing and manage at-risk inventory using SAP;
Support complex logistics processing and collaborate with the freight team on order tracking, customer complaints, refunds, and issue resolution;
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures for all customer service processes, including order intake via phone, fax, email, and EDI;
Proactively track, analyze, and resolve customer issues, including returns, debit and credit processing, and complaint management
