OverviewWe are a Southern California–based, design‑build mechanical contractor delivering complex HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems on some of the region’s most demanding commercial, infrastructure, and aviation projects. Headquartered in Gardena, CA, our teams support high‑profile clients across airports, aerospace, healthcare, higher education, and large institutional campuses.
Job DetailsWhat You’ll Be Doing:
- Own submittals, RFIs, procurement, and portions of project execution from day one
- Work directly with Project Managers, foremen, and design teams on active projects
- Support buyout, change orders, and cost tracking
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving
- Assist with BIM coordination and clash detection (Navisworks/Revit environment)
- Track project progress, maintain documentation, and support closeout
Project Exposure:
- Healthcare/hospital & lab environments (high compliance, active facilities)
- Aerospace and advanced manufacturing facilities
- Higher education campus projects
- Major infrastructure work, including LAX terminal & APM-related projects
What We are Looking For:
- Experience working for a mechanical contractor (HVAC / plumbing)
- Exposure to design‑build projects highly preferred
- Experience with submittals, RFIs, procurement, and project coordination
- Familiarity with BIM coordination (Navisworks, Revit, etc.) strongly preferred
- Experience supporting mechanical projects in the $5M+ range is a plus
