Responsibilities
- Complete transactions of selling and buying chips from customers.
- Acknowledge and greet customers and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Sell chips to Runners and Dealers.
- Cash out customers.
- Issue Dealer banks.
- Issue Restaurant and Deli/Snack Bar Cashiers banks.
- Complete customer credit checks.
- Assist customers in the transactions of their “players bank.”
- Accept authorized markers and sell chips to players accordingly.
- Be aware of any counterfeit currency and report this to the Manager immediately.
- Never indicate that a tip, “toke”, or gratuity is expected for services.
- Perform all other work‑related duties as assigned by the Casino Cage Manager.
