Our client, a luxury brand specializing in premium denim, is looking for a professional and dependable temporary Logistics Coordinator to join their Gardena team!

Responsibilities:

• Track and maintain Import Tracker for cross functional team’s visibility.
• Approve shipment schedules and quotes in an accurate and timely manner.
• Monitor and track shipments coming into our multiple DCs to ensure on time delivery in conjunction with our Inbound Operations Coordinator.
• Flag any transit related delays to the appropriate teams.
• Assist with accounting related requests regarding inventory and inbound freight.
• Create and analyze freight forwarder and customs broker scorecards relating to performance.
• Maintain and/or create any freight related SOPs for vendors.
• Complete any ADHOC projects or tasks as assigned.
• Support with any DC transfers of inventory.
• Handle any international wholesale RTVs back to our DCs.

Requirements:

• Must have a background in retail / fashion.
• This is an on-site role. Candidates must be willing to commute to Gardena, CA to be considered.
• Intermediate Excel User (VLOOKUP’s, conditional formatting, pivot tables)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite & teams.
• Ability to track multiple processes at once and work independently.
• Experience with 3PLs and internally owned DCs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data reporting.
