Customs Broker Supervisor Position
DK Express Inc. is a customs brokerage company located in Gardena, CA. We are seeking an individual with at least 5 years of experience in the customs brokerage industry.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and validating import documentation.
- Preparation of documents by classifying in accordance with CBP and other government regulations.
- Data input in the ACE system to transmit information to US CBP for requesting the release of import cargo.
- Understand CBP and other government agencies regulation and data input.
- Arranging inland delivery of the cargo to the final delivery destination.
Required Qualifications:
- Fully fluent in English (Bilingual in Korean preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs (Excel & Word).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with strong customer service.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Comfortable with networking and expanding customer base.
- Great problem‑solving skills and adaptability.
- Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment under pressure.
- Has Bachelor’s degree.
