Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, responsibilities of the Supply Chain Planning Manager encompass all of the functions related to the operational implementation, project management, and monitoring of key Supply Chain strategies. This position will be responsible for continuously improving the complete supply chain strategy driving cost reductions, efficiencies, and on-time delivery.
The Supply Chain Planning Manager position manages approximately 10 direct reports and oversees other staff members working in collaboration to meet operational objectives.
Implement a supply chain planning strategy in support of customer's needs. Drive best industry practices within the organization and the supporting supply base. Leverage PCC Corporate organization in support of strategic supply chain initiatives.
PrimaryDuties & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of planners, expeditors, and production controllers to ensure strong execution of supply chain operations.
- Own and drive the strategic development of manufacturing plans and master production schedules aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end project execution for new business transitions and program launches, ensuring rapid, efficient ramp-up and alignment with operational strategy and key performance metrics.
- Establish and track key supply chain metrics to improve on-time delivery, reduce shortages, and optimize plant capacity utilization.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance schedule flexibility while minimizing inventory risk, reducing exposure, and meeting cost and service targets.
- Lead initiatives to reduce lead times across the supply chain; measure, track, and communicate progress internally and to customers.
- Oversee and optimize lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQs), order rates, inventory levels, and delivery plans; continuously improve demand planning, service levels, and inventory management systems and processes.
- Monitor and report monthly supply chain performance, proactively identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Communicate effectively with leadership on supply constraints, risks, and demand growth opportunities, enabling informed decision-making.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Engineering and Sales teams to execute supply chain improvements.
- Lead or support special projects and perform additional duties as required.
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Operations or Engineering, Inventory Management or Business required.
- 5+ years' of supply chain management with experience in aerospace manufacturing environment required.
- Preferred CPIM certification through APICS, or C.P.M. certification through ISM.
- Preferred training and experience in Kan Ban, JIT, Lean Manufacturing, and pull systems.
- INFOR Syteline experience a plus.
- Databricks, Power BI and programming skills are a plus.
- Analytical, communication, interpersonal, team development, project management, and technical skills.

BenefitsFor informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $116,600 to $150,000 US Dollar (USD). Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 3X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter.
Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
