We’re hiring an Equipment Mechanic to maintain and repair company-owned vehicles and construction equipment. This is a hands-on role supporting fleet reliability, safety, and compliance.
Responsibilities- Service and repair Peterbilt tractors, flatbeds, and construction equipment
- Perform diagnostics, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with DOT, CHP, SCAQMD, and CARB standards
- Support fleet readiness for daily operations
- Experience working on heavy equipment, trucks, or construction machinery
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
- Overtime and weekend opportunities as needed
- Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays
- Stable, in-person role based in Gardena, CA
