We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Welder (AWS D17.1 Class
A) to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality welding operations on aerospace components in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and aerospace quality standards. This position involves precision TIG welding of thin-wall aluminum aerospace components. We are seeking welders with experience producing small, close-tolerance parts where quality, consistency, and attention to detail are essential. Experience limited to structural or heavy fabrication is not the best fit for this role.
- AWS D17.1 Aerospace Welding Certification (required or ability to certify)
- Strong experience welding Aluminum is required
- 5–10+ years of aerospace welding experience preferred
- Strong experience with TIG (GTAW) welding
- Experience welding aluminum, stainless steel, Inconel, titanium, or aerospace alloys.
- Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
