Senior Performance Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a family-owned luggage and accessories brand, is looking for a temp-to-hire Senior Performance Marketing Coordinator to join their Gardena, CA team!

• Own end-to-end campaign setup and tracking across Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Google, and other platforms.
• Own internal creative briefs and support creative refresh planning.
• Conduct weekly performance analysis and reports to support optimization recommendations.
• Optimizing full-funnel paid media strategies across Paid Social & Paid Search to meet e-commerce KPIs.
• Ensure proper setup and testing for new vendors, including pixels, feeds, tracking, and platform onboarding.
• Support budget allocation, forecasting, actualization, and pacing to ensure ROI.
• Manage monthly invoice input and reconciliation.
• Maintain and update KPI dashboards and reporting sheets to support weekly and monthly leadership reporting.
• Monitor trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights to improve acquisition and overall performance.
• Partner closely with creative and brand teams to develop and test high-performing ad content, leveraging platform best practices and performance insights.
• Maintain creative and testing roadmaps, identifying gaps and testing opportunities across channels.
• Support Affiliate channel growth, including publisher evaluation, partner optimization, and newsletter send outs.

• Must come from DTC/ Ecommerce brand, NOT B2B.
• Must have META + Google experience
