Memorial Hospital of Gardena is seeking an RN for the Higher Level of Care & Special Projects role on a per diem weekend schedule (10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.).
The position supports hospital case management with HLOC transfers, cross-training to the Patient Hub, and TAR review when not performing HLOC duties. Qualifications include at least two years as an RN, preferred acute care and case management experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
