, a top-tier post-acute care center dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs to join our team, offering full-time positions for AM shift (7AM-3PM) & NOC shift (11PM-7AM) and weekend position for PM shift (3PM-11PM). As a CNA at West Gardena Post Acute
, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to our residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, serving meals, and promoting quality services within company, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans
- Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments
- Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor
- Promote quality services within company, state, and federal regulations
- Current CA nursing assistant certification
- Current CPR certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross (online course certification not accepted)
