Quality Analyst – Aerospace Manufacturing
Responsibilities- Prepare and review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) in accordance with AS9102 requirements.
- Balloon engineering drawings and ensure full traceability of inspection characteristics.
- Develop and maintain inspection plans and quality documentation.
- Verify material certifications, special process certifications, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain document control, revision management, and quality records.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support internal, customer, and third-party audits.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with AS9100 standards.
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing quality, document control, or a related field.
- Direct experience preparing AS9102 FAIR packages is required.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Experience working within an AS9100 quality environment preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift
- Requirement: Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Person status required). Visa sponsorship is not available.
