Job Summary
A growing manufacturing organization in Gardena, CA is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Quality Analyst to support quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement within a regulated production environment. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a quality professional with experience in personal care, OTC, or related manufacturing who is skilled in investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA, audits, and quality documentation. The Bilingual Spanish Quality Analyst will play a key role in maintaining cGMP compliance, supporting production teams, resolving quality issues, and helping strengthen quality systems across manufacturing, compounding, and production operations.

- Maintain quality documentation, records, SOPs, protocols, technical reports, and related files in accordance with GMP and GDP requirements.
- Conduct quality investigations, root cause analysis, non-conformance reviews, customer complaint investigations, and OOS event management.
- Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Perform internal audits across manufacturing, compounding, and production areas to ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory standards, and internal procedures.
- Monitor manufacturing processes, identify quality trends, recommend improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training on quality standards, procedures, documentation practices, and best practices.
- Salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
