Perform in-process and finished product inspection to verify conformance with drawings and customer specifications;
Use inspection equipment (micrometers, height gauges, surface plates, profilometers, bore gauges, etc.) and refer to ASME 14.5 GD&T where appropriate;
Read and interpret blueprints and shop travelers; prepare documentation such as AS9102 check sheets and quality records;
Identify and segregate non-conforming product, conduct First Article inspections as required, and verify material receipt and supplier shipper conformance;
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with PPE and functional safety guidelines
