Senior Manager, Digital Commerce

Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution‑focused Sr. Manager of DTC to help elevate the WSS digital experience across web and mobile. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast‑paced retail environments, loves solving operational challenges, and wants to play a key role in improving and scaling the digital business and ecosystem.

Location:

Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 DOE

• Own daily site & app operations, ensuring content, product setup, navigation, and merchandising are accurate and optimized.
• Manage product launches, promotions, homepage refreshes, and seasonal updates.
• Track SLAs and maintain operational reporting across ecommerce workflows.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, IT, Customer Service, and DC Operations.
• Support site redesigns, UX improvements, customer journey enhancements, and omnichannel initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and grow the digital team.
• Implement structure, process improvements, and workflows to improve execution.

• Experience with omnichannel programs (BOPIS, ship‑from‑store, delivery partners).
• Exposure to CRM, loyalty, or digital marketing tools.
• Project management experience supporting large‑scale ecommerce initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, site management, or digital merchandising.
• 2+ years of people leadership or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Experience in retail, footwear, apparel, or high‑SKU ecommerce strongly preferred.
• Hands‑on Shopify experience (Shopify Plus a strong plus).
• Familiarity with OMS, WMS, and ERP systems and flows.
• Comfort reviewing analytics dashboards and interpreting KPIs (conversion, bounce rate, AOV, site speed).
• Understanding of UX/UI concepts and ability to evaluate user flows.
