Position Summary
We are looking for a Bakery/Packager associate to prepare fresh baked items every day for our members. This role involves following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise while ensuring high levels of member satisfaction. You will often juggle multiple tasks and assist members with bakery orders in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare bakery products according to daily production needs.
- Operate baking equipment and follow recipes and make‑up instructions.
- Wrap, label, store and maintain merchandise per company policies and food safety standards.
- Sanitize equipment and work area; keep the bakery floor clean, neat, and ready for members.
- Use handheld technology to track production, ordering, and quality data.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a positive attitude, greet members, and communicate professionally with team and managers.
- Manage inventory, enforce date‑control standards, eliminate waste, and secure fragile and high‑shrink items.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and the Open Door policy.
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Experience in a bakery or similar food‑service environment preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
- Willingness to learn and use new technology and processes.

The hourly wage range is $19.00 to $27.00. Premiums may be awarded in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Additional compensation is paid when applicable.
