Member Assist Cart Attendant

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, help members with their purchases, keep carts ready, and assist members loading vehicles to create a great member experience.

Constant movement, rain or shine.

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled, contact members about delays or unavailable items, and offer alternatives.
• Conduct safety sweeps, handle merchandise, and report unsafe situations.
• Acknowledge members, assist with purchasing decisions, process purchases, handle payments, operate cash registers, locate and organize merchandise, zone designated areas, resolve member issues, promote products, maintain carts/flatbeds, transport items, use cart retrieval equipment, and maintain parking lot cleanliness.
• Comply with company policies and ethics, apply the Open Door Policy.
• Manage work assignments, collaborate with managers and coworkers, identify priorities and deadlines, communicate progress, recommend improvement opportunities, and adapt to change.

Hourly wage range: $18.00 to $26.00. Premiums may be added, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
