We are currently seeking talented Bakers and Cake Decorator Associates who are committed to exceptional customer service, detail-oriented craftsmanship, and willing to grow rapidly with 85C Bakery Cafe.

• Provide customers with a level of service beyond their expectations, while showing sensitivity to individual needs.
• Make a memorable connection and commit to making each guest’s experience the best.
• Work in teamwork, following direction and collaborating with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and create an uplifting work environment for both employees and customers.
• Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks.
• Cross‑train in each department (Bread, Cake, POS, Bar).
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
• Work hard and enjoy the job.

• High School diploma or higher.
• Fast‑food or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be Serv Safe certified.
• Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

This position requires moderate physical activity, including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. The role involves nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers. Duties may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
