Overview
SECURITY DISPATCHER United Guard Security is seeking a Security Dispatcher to become an integral part of our team. Dispatchers are responsible for receiving and responding to calls. Dispatchers need the ability to quickly process the information that is communicated to them by the guard and deliver the right information to the branch managers or supervisors.
Responsibilities- Receive and respond to calls and relay information accurately to branch managers or supervisors.
- Quickly process information communicated by guards and determine the appropriate actions and information to dispatch.
- 2 years of Security Dispatch experience.
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
- Strong verbal, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate and perform several tasks simultaneously.
- Must read, write and speak English; bilingual is a plus (Spanish speaking).
- Customer service skills.
- Scheduling experience preferred.
