Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and security-related policies throughout the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the warehouse, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report suspicious activity and/or potential concerns;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic operational areas to help support authorized access, observe site activity, and document security-related events;
Complete routine reports, logs, and incident documentation, and relay important information during shift changes to help support continuity of site operations
