Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and help to manage visitor flow in accordance with location protocols;
Support a professional environment by assisting with directions, de-escalating tense interactions when appropriate, and following post orders related to daily operations and after-hours coverage;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed
