GPI Security Services is hiring professional and dependable Mobile Patrol Security Officers to support Class-A medical office properties in the Laguna Hills area.
Officers will operate a company-assigned patrol vehicle and provide roving security coverage to multiple nearby properties. This is an active patrol assignment requiring a combination of vehicle patrols, foot patrols, parking enforcement, building checks, and response to calls for service.
Key Responsibilities:- Patrol parking structures, parking lots, building exteriors, stairwells, and common areas.
- Conduct scheduled vehicle and foot patrols throughout assigned properties.
- Perform parking enforcement using company-provided equipment.
- Verify entrances and designated areas are properly secured.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, tenant concerns, and calls for service.
- Maintain a visible, professional security presence.
- Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift pass-down documentation.
- Prioritize calls for service while maintaining required patrol coverage.
Requirements:
Valid California BSIS Guard Card, valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record, ability to safely operate a company patrol vehicle, reliable transportation to and from work, professional appearance, strong observation and report-writing skills, ability to perform walking patrols and stairs, dependable attendance, and availability Wednesday through Sunday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Mobile patrol, commercial property, parking enforcement, or healthcare security experience is preferred.
