We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Inventory Coordinator to support day‑to‑day inventory operations at our Gardena facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse and operations teams, and maintaining efficient inventory flow in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular counts and reconciliations
- Track inbound and outbound inventory, including receiving, transfers, and shipments
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory records within ERP or inventory management systems
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to support inventory needs
- Prepare inventory reports and documentation as required
- Support cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory processes
- Ensure inventory procedures align with company standards and safety guidelines
- 1–3+ years of experience in inventory coordination, warehouse operations, or supply chain support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with inventory systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
- Comfortable working in an on‑site, warehouse or operations environment
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments
- Familiarity with cycle counting and inventory control best practices
- On‑site role based in Gardena, CA
- Standard business hours with potential overtime during peak periods
- $24 to $27 per hour
