Provide international forwarding and supply chain office support to meet warehouse operational needs;
Support all inbound and outbound office functions to include distribution, cross-dock, CFS, and FTZ;
Assist with the implementation of new clients on current warehouse management system and set up initial processes for customer service activities and client invoicing;
Manage the accuracy and integrity of CFS, FTZ and other business documents throughout the document life cycle;
Involved directly in billing activities
