** Job Summary*
* The Resource Coordinator supports warehouse, yard, and office operations to ensure field crews and customers receive the correct materials, tools, and equipment on time and in safe working conditions. This role supports rental operations through material handling, equipment readiness, order processing, and customer communication while assisting with inbound/outbound orders and branch administrative needs. The position reports to the Operations Manager and plays a key role in keeping daily operations running efficiently.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Receive, pick, stage, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for job deployment
+ Inspect, verify, and return materials, tools, and equipment to inventory
+ Perform or coordinate basic maintenance, cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs
+ Identify, tag, and remove unsafe or damaged equipment from service and maintain required records
+ Track inventory, resource usage, and availability using internal systems
+ Conduct inventory spot checks, cycle counts, and process returns.
+ Coordinate warehouse pickups, deliveries, and outgoing trucks for interbranch transfers
+ Receive vendor deliveries and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips
+ Complete data entry for inbound and outbound transactions, including orders, returns, and interbranch transfers
+ Maintain accurate documentation, including invoices and rental interbranch transaction (IBT) records
+ Communicate inbound and outbound equipment activity with management and employees
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams regarding rental availability and equipment status
+ Manage internal customer email traffic related to rental coordination and operational requests
+ Support rental scheduling and allocation to ensure availability and optimal utilization
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, office, and storage environment
+ Participate in daily rental coordination meetings with operations teams
+ Provide administrative and reporting support to the management team using Pro Field
+ Identify process inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations
+ Assist branch and Customer Service teams with maintaining accurate inventory records
+ Receive vendor deliveries and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips
+ Complete data entry for payroll timesheets, filing, postage, and general office tasks
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, office, and storage environment
+ Perform other duties as assigned by management
** Qualifications*
* + High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, rental operations, or equipment support
+ Experience supporting internal customers and coordinating material or resource requests
+ Familiarity with inventory control systems and data entry programs (BAS/Pro Field or similar preferred)
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer-based systems
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and identify next steps with minimal direction
+ Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials preferred
+ Forklift, telehandler, or similar equipment operation experience preferred
+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
