Schedule:

Four-day work week. Monday through Thursday schedule. Typical clinic hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No weekends required. No major holiday coverage required.

Role:
Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services within outpatient practice setting. Oversee daily clinical operations as lead provider. Manage multiple operatories while maintaining high-quality patient care standards. Support practice growth and patient retention initiatives. Maintain clinical documentation and treatment planning workflows. Collaborate with support staff within team-oriented dental environment. Perform approximately 8–10 procedures daily.

Requirements:
Active and unrestricted Alabama dental license required. Minimum 1 year clinical experience required. DDS or DMD required. Comfortable functioning as sole or lead dentist required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Experience with Dentrix software preferred.
