As an ABM, you will participate in an 18–24 month on‑the‑job paid training program covering all aspects of branch operations and management. Following training, you will be assigned a branch to manage. Promotion to Branch Manager typically requires relocation, but we provide a full relocation package for those promoted. Your responsibilities include originating new loan business, educating customers on lending products, managing the loan application process, making payment reminder calls, evaluating loan applications, performing risk analysis, making credit decisions, administering loan closings, processing insurance claims, and assisting the Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales‑goal planning.
Excellent customer experience and core‑value promotion are essential.
- Bachelor's degree required (ideal majors: Business, Finance, Sales or related field).
- Customer‑facing sales experience (e.g., retail sales, incentive‑based) preferred but not required.
- Professional demeanor, strong communication and customer‑relations skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team while managing priorities.
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
- Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background, credit history, and pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
- Eligibility to obtain insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products (based on state background check).
- Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role (full relocation package for moves > 50 miles).
