Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 9-week contract assignment in Gardendale, AL at Magnolia Ridge. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced LPN looking to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive healthcare environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients/residents under the supervision of an RN or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes promptly
- Assist with daily patient care and support activities
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Current BLS certification
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
