Additional CompensationAnnual or quarterly performance incentives.

Job OverviewApparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise onto the sales floor, they ensure that clothing racks, tables, and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
