America’s Thrift Stores is currently seeking Retail Team Members! We are looking for individuals with excellent customer service abilities, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to assist others. Successful applicants will excel in driving sales by delivering exceptional customer service both at the register and on the sales floor. Responsibilities include maintaining proper display setups, ensuring merchandise presentation is top‑notch, and upholding cleanliness standards for operational efficiency.

We are specifically seeking outgoing self‑starters who are goal‑driven and thrive in dynamic environments. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals to blend their passion for business with the chance to make a positive impact in their communities. To support store operations, this position requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule (mid‑shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays).

• Warmly greets and engages with customers upon entry
• Promptly responds to customer inquiries and requests
• Assists customers in locating merchandise throughout the store
• Attends promptly to cash register calls and operates the register as necessary
  
  Approaches tasks with a strong sense of urgency
• Adheres to proper procedures for handling claim merchandise
• Maintains a well‑organized and visually appealing sales floor
• Possesses knowledge of products, discounts, and the company's mission
• Stays informed about all aspects of store operations
• Completes any additional duties as assigned by management
