Front Desk Administrative Assistant (Temporary) Pay: $20.00–$24.00/hour DOE

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

As a Front Desk Administrative Assistant, you'll be the friendly face visitors see first, handling incoming calls, managing mail, and supporting daily office functions.

You'll work closely with the office team to keep operations running smoothly, delivering excellent customer service with professionalism and courtesy. What You'll Do As a Front Desk Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Greeting visitors and clients, creating a welcoming atmosphere Answering multi-line phone systems and directing calls appropriately Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Operating office equipment such as copy machines and postage machines Providing general administrative support to the team and management What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Experience handling multi-line phones and customer service skills Familiarity with copy machines and postal equipment Strong organizational and communication skills Reliability, punctuality, and professional appearance Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
